Trump taps Texas oncologist as next FDA commissioner

Trump will nominate Stephen Hahn, an oncologist and chief medical executive at Texas’ MD Anderson Cancer Center, to be the next FDA commissioner. Deputy HHS Secretary Brett Giroir will become acting commissioner in the meantime.
